HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER? TOP
We usually ship within 3-5 business days, but large orders might take a little longer. Orders are shipped in the order they are received. Sometimes, very popular items or at specially busy times of the year, particular items might be on backorder. If that is the case, we will email you and let your know. If at any time you need expedited shipping, we can also ship USPS Priority Mail or Express Mail as a special request and for an additional charge. Remember, we only charge you for shipping and never charge a handling fee.

WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT? TOP
We accept all major credit card payments with Paypal or you might prefer to call us. We also accept US Postal Money Order and Personal Checks (products will not ship until payment clears our bank). We will charge $25.00 fee for a returned check.

HOW LARGE A ROOM WILL EACH CANDLE SCENT COVER? TOP
 The small 3oz. votive is meant for a bathroom or small room. The 7.5oz. candle can easily scent a bedroom size room and the 13.5oz. tumbler can cover a living or dining room.

WHAT IS THE BEST WAY TO BURN THE CANDLE AND GET THE MOST SCENT? TOP
When you burn the candles, it is extremely important to keep the wicks trimmed to keep the scent throw strong and to keep the candles burning clean. If you want to burn the candle for more than 2 hours, it is advisable to extinguish it, trim the wick, and then relight it. When the wicks get too long, they cannot effectively pull up the wax and scent, and the wicks start to consume themselves. When this happens, your candle will not smell as strong and it will create soot. There are two types of soot. Paraffin candles, made from a by-product of oil refining, emit petro carbon soot, which according to the E.P.A. emits 11 known toxins into the air, 2 of which are known carcinogens.. Soy wax is not a carbon containing fuel and burns completely petro carbon soot free. The ocassional times when you may see soot from a soy candle is due to poor oxygen flow, usually created by using candle shades, by the placing of the candle in the flow of a draft, or by allowing the wicks to get so long that they cannot effectively pull up the wax and the scent thereby consuming themselves and creating black soot. If you burn our soy candles properly, they will always stay as clean as when you unpacked it.

WHAT SHIPPING CARRIER DO YOU USE? TOP
We normally ship UPS ground. If there is a special request for a rush order, we can ship USPS Priority Mail or Express Mail for an additional charge. The shipping on our shipping chart is an estimate and exact shipping will be calculated and adjusted when the order is actually shipped. If your package does not arrive in an acceptable condition, do not accept it from the carrier. If your package was delivered by UPS contact UPS at 1-800-742-5877 IMMEDIATELY if there is any damage or breakage.

WHAT IS YOUR POLICY ON RETURNS? TOP
 Since Customer Service is one of our top priorities, if you find your item to be faulty, please notify us by phone call or email within 48 hours for a replacement or refund. We will do our best to resolve the situation to your satisfaction.

  • After 48 hours from delivery, we will conclude the order was completed accurately.
  • Scent preference is a very personal choice and we cannot accept returns because you did not care for a particular scent; only if there is a fault with the item.
  • Replacement products will be in the same scent and color as the original purchase and shipping charges are non-refundable. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the purchaser.
  • Refunds will not be issued for improper placement of candles. Please remember to keep wicks trimmed to 1/8" to keep candles from smoking. Candles will discolor or fade if exposed to intense light for extended periods of time. Do not place your candles near fluorescent lighting or other strong illumination. Fading or clouding caused by sun damage or from your candles being exposed to heat are non-negotiable and non-refundable. Wax will soften and start to melt in temperatures above 80 degrees Fahrenheit. Please store your candles in a cool, dry place.
  • Due to the personal nature of soap and bath products, these items cannot be returned.
  • All returned merchandise must be unopened and in its original packaging. Returned merchandise must be in resellable condition.

WHAT IF MY ITEMS ARRIVE WITH DAMAGE? TOP
You will notice from our packing the great care we take in making sure that your items are well packed and also beautifully packed. We take this responsibility seriously. In the event that you receive damaged or broken candles or other items, please contact us or UPS at 1-800-742-5877. The package might need to be inspected by UPS for verification.

DO YOU OFFER SPECIAL PRICING FOR ORGANIZATIONS OR FUNDRAISERS? TOP
We enjoy working in partnership with organizations and do offer discount pricing for large affairs, non-profit organizations, fundraising events, and charitable causes. However, there are minimum purchase requirements and no discount in shipping. Please email us for further information.

HOW CAN I REMOVE WAX FROM FABRICS? TOP
You are in luck with soy wax! First, consult the laundering instructions from the manufacturer of the tablecloth or similar fabric. If attempting to do this yourself, allow the wax to completely harden first. Once hard, gently chip away the larger pieces of wax from the fabric. After the majority of the wax has been removed, run hot water through the fabric. Citrus based or oil-based cleansers are the most effective in removing stains. If you do not feel comfortable doing this yourself, contact a professional dry cleaner. Most of the times, they are an invaluable source of information.

CAN I REFILL MY JAR WHEN IT IS EMPTY? TOP
Glass weakens as it accumulates bumps and scratches from use so we do not recommend re-using the jars for candles. However, they make terrific catch-alls for paper clips, buttons, nails, pencils, and many other uses. Most local recycling agencies will accept glass jars.
